The ideal candidate will have a strong technical expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex networks utilizing Juniper and Aruba technologies. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. Responsibilities: * Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and data center networks. * Oversee the day-to-day operations of the network, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. * Manage and mentor a team of network engineers. * Define and implement network architecture strategies aligned with business objectives. * Participate in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new network technologies and solutions. * Develop and maintain network documentation and procedures. * Ensure network security and compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. * Participate in on-call rotation for network support. * Proactively identify and mitigate potential network issues. * Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless network integration. * Stay current with the latest advancements in networking technologies and industry trends. Qualifications: * 10+ years of experience in network engineering with a strong focus on Juniper and Aruba technologies. * Proven experience leading and mentoring network engineering teams. * Deep understanding of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, ISIS), switching technologies, and network security concepts. * Experience with MPLS, VPNs, and data center networking technologies (e.g., VXLAN, SDN). * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. * Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * JNCIA-Junos, JNCIP-Junos, and relevant Aruba certifications preferred. Desired Skills: * Experience with network automation and orchestration tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef). * Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP). * Experience with network security technologies (firewalls). * Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Perl, etc.). * Experience with network performance monitoring and analysis tools.
