Key Responsibilities Implement requirements by designing, coding, and testing new features. Document code-based business rules. Participate in design review sessions regarding the program area and the existing data sets and application. Modify and support the applications as needs arise until they can be replaced with a modern web-based version. Requirements Mandatory Qualifications: Position Job Title: Software Developer Position Skill Level: Expert (84+ Months of experience) Involved with all facets of the software development process, including research, design, programming, testing, and implementation of computer software. Requested Qualifications: 1. 84 months of experience with coding client-server relational database applications using PowerBuilder. 2. 84 months of experience with Oracle and PL/SQL, including creating tables, stored procedures, triggers, views, and other objects. 3. 48 months of experience with writing complex SQL queries and reports; experience with data manipulation, data migration, creation of ETL scripts. 4. 48 months of experience as a lead developer on complex projects. Additional Information Security Requirements: Mandatory ITS Security Agreements and Fingerprint-based Background Check. Training: Candidates are required to attend mandatory workplace training (e.g., Security Awareness, Preventing Sexual Harassment, Preventing Workplace Violence).
