Role : Performance Tester Location- Remote Type : Contract Description: Experience with meter, Blazemeter and Load RoadRunner/Stormrunner. o Identify and recommend NFR requirements for performance testing through analysis of application. o Design, develop, execute performance test scripts and scenarios, create effective reports. o Effective facilitation skills and techniques to elicit requirements from a diverse range of stakeholders and group size o Ability to analyze test results and make sound conclusions; work with project teams and developers to resolve performance issues. o Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and leadership skills o Effective facilitation skills and techniques to elicit requirements from different project stakeholders to help define and document performance SLAs, requirements and expectations around application performance KPIs. o Experience with performance monitoring tools such as Datadog Splunk Azure Appinsight, Mongo Atlas etc. o Experience with relational & NoSQL databases and query tools. o Knowledge of infrastructure components host on azure and leveraging K8 cluster. o Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities effectively.
