The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP) or Quality Management (QM), with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues. Experience with SAP PEO and SAP Warehouse Management (WM) or Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) is highly preferred. This is a full-time, onsite role requiring 5 days a week of support. The successful candidate will work closely with end users, providing guidance, troubleshooting, and identifying opportunities for process improvements within SAP manufacturing solutions. Primary Responsibilities: Troubleshooting and Support: Collaborate with end users to troubleshoot and resolve production issues in real time on the shop floor, ensuring minimal disruption to manufacturing operations. Issue Triage and Resolution: Diagnose production issues, perform triage, and work with the support team to resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring that production flows smoothly and efficiently. Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in current SAP manufacturing processes, recommending changes to streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and enhance the user experience. Functional Design and UAT Support: Assist in the functional design of enhancements and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure SAP solutions align with the manufacturing needs of the business. Super User Support and Training: Act as a super user, guiding new end users in SAP processes, providing over-the-shoulder training, answering questions, and offering feedback to leadership to improve the onboarding process for new users. Production Issue Resolution: When authorized, use firefighter access to resolve critical production issues, ensuring that manufacturing operations continue without unnecessary downtime. Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with other teams, including IT, operations, and business leaders, to ensure that SAP solutions align with business objectives and deliver continuous improvement in production efficiency.
