Is capable of identifying different and negative test scenarios, detect risks and report them in a timely manner. A Quality Assurance Analyst II has the ability to work without constant direction (autonomy). The ideal candidate will have expertise in Project Quality Management and ServiceNow Digital Portfolio Management. Experience in Energy Supply and Trading or Utilities is a plus. Top Qualifications: 1. Test Cases creation (follow standard and best practices). 2. Review User Interfaces for Consistency and Functionality 3. Experience with Agile Development Process Required Skills: ServiceNow Digital Portfolio Management Project Quality Management Responsibilities: Test Cases creation (follow standard and best practices). Review User Interfaces for Consistency and Functionality Experience with Agile Development Process Reports and keeps tracking of issues, Identify Potential Problems Users May Encounter Have good & timely communication with the team & client. Develop Standards and Procedures to Determine Product Quality and Release Readiness Write and execute test scripts. Run manual and automated tests. Test in different environments including web and mobile. Drive Innovation and Streamline Overall Testing Process Work towards departmental and project deadlines Provide objective feedback to software development project teams Qualifications: Strong expertise in Project Quality Management and ServiceNow Digital Portfolio Management. Experience in Energy Supply and Trading or Utilities is considered a plus. Ability to design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in developing and maintaining infrastructure documentation. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
