Job Title: Project Manager Remote Work: Partial (Hybrid Role) Eligibility: USC only Local TO WA only Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage internal development teams, guide agile ceremonies, and drive continuous improvement. The role also includes managing small-scale projects involving cross-functional and external vendor work. The successful candidate should demonstrate strong leadership, emotional intelligence, and clear communication to help remove roadblocks and support the team's needs in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong team-building skills and the ability to work with diverse personalities while navigating the relationships between business, product, and technical teams. The candidate must also have experience in business/technology impact analysis and planning for issue mitigation. Key Responsibilities: Lead planning and implementation of complex programs and strategic initiatives, including business requirements, project delivery, and post-launch sustainment. Collaborate with the lead engineer and architect to convert business requirements into actionable stories for the development team. Full-cycle Agile methodology implementation, including sprint reviews, status updates, and recommendations for continuous improvement. Analyze current processes, leveraging industry best practices to identify business needs and propose new ways of working, particularly in packaging and labeling. Ensure cohesion across work streams by coordinating efforts with project managers, product management, change leads, technical partners, subject matter experts, and stakeholders. Facilitate and lead workshops, delivering regular updates to cross-functional teams and leadership. Oversee the planning, implementation, and adoption of new logistics processes, ensuring alignment and the successful deployment of new tools and monitoring systems. Drive collaboration and alignment among cross-functional teams to meet project constraints, timelines, and objectives. Create an environment that fosters team growth, development, and performance excellence. Lead cross-functional collaboration, drive alignment with business partners, and ensure projects meet deliverables within scope and budget. Qualifications and Skills: Education: BBA, BComm, Diploma in Business or related field. Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, strategy, operations, or a related industry. Proven experience coaching, mentoring, and developing junior team members. Mastery of Microsoft Office Programs, particularly Excel. Proficiency with project management tools (Smartsheet preferred). Demonstrated experience in delivering complex, multi-stream programs and projects. Ability to facilitate workshops, manage project documentation, and coordinate cross-functional meetings. Strong organizational, attention-to-detail, and multitasking abilities. Ability to manage and communicate with senior leadership on project status, risks, and solutions. Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present to senior leadership and various stakeholders. Skilled in operational problem solving and long-range planning. Experience in managing financial impacts of projects and making sound financial recommendations. Mastery in data management, including project charters, business requirements, and implementation plans. Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple cross-functional teams and drive consensus. Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate meetings with global teams across different time zones.
