In this role, youll leverage your expertise in industry-leading frameworks, data analysis, and risk quantification to identify, manage, and reduce cyber threats. Youll collaborate across teams to implement effective controls, analyze risks, and drive continuous improvement in our cybersecurity practices. What Youll Do: Manage internal cyber assessments using frameworks such as NIST CSF, CRI Cyber Profile, and ISO 27001. Support and expand cyber risk quantification efforts with tools like ISF IRAM2 and FAIR. Analyze complex data to deliver actionable insights, aligning recommendations with business needs. Develop and oversee risk mitigation strategies, escalating high-risk activities for treatment when necessary. Identify and resolve operational challenges to ensure timely remediation and countermeasures. Partner with cross-functional teams to advance the companys information security objectives. What You Bring: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related discipline (advanced degree preferred). Experience: Proven experience in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) within information security; financial services experience is a plus. Technical Skills: Proficiency with business intelligence and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL) and familiarity with cyber frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CRI). Risk Analysis Tools: Experience with quantitative risk models like ISF IRAM2 and FAIR. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities, effective communication, time management, and independent decision-making.
