The ideal candidate will have strong Rally experience and be adept at working closely with Engineering teams to deliver business value. Job Title: Technical Project Manager Location: Phoenix, AZ (Open to non-local candidates) Work Schedule: Hybrid (2-3 days per week in-office) Required Experience: Prior American Express experience Key Responsibilities: Drive integrated teams and technology solutions for key product initiatives. Develop deep domain knowledge to support technical teams. Facilitate Agile events and ceremonies to support Engineering teams. Assist Product Owners with backlog refinement, writing user stories, and ensuring continuous delivery of business value. Track and resolve dependencies, impediments, and risks, escalating when necessary. Manage two teams and jointly support a third team. Qualifications: 5+ years of Technical Project Management or relevant Program/Project Management experience. Strong experience with Rally. Background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical disciplines.
