LinkedIn and 2 reference Role Overview The Technical Pega CDH Operational Decision Architect is responsible for designing and implementing decisioning frameworks to enhance clinical data workflows. Leveraging Pegas Customer Decision Hub (CDH), this role ensures data-driven decision-making processes that are timely, accurate, and compliant, ultimately improving patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and data integrity. The architect will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions in clinical data management. Key Responsibilities 1. Decisioning Solution Design Architect and implement Pega CDH frameworks supporting workflows like patient eligibility, treatment prioritization, and compliance tracking. Design Next-Best-Action (NBA) strategies tailored to clinical scenarios, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Develop engagement policies, prioritization logic, and real-time decisioning capabilities for clinical systems. 2. Clinical Data Management Integration Collaborate with data scientists and IT teams to integrate Pega CDH with systems like Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS). Ensure high-quality data ingestion and predictive analytics to support evidence-based decisions. 3. Implementation and Development Configure Pega CDH components, including decision tables and workflows, to support clinical decision-making. Implement reusable templates for streamlined data management tasks. 4. Monitoring and Optimization Monitor decisioning strategies to evaluate and refine clinical outcomes. Ensure compliance with healthcare standards such as HIPAA, FDA, GDPR, and evolving clinical requirements. 5. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement Work closely with clinical teams, regulatory experts, and stakeholders to address challenges. Translate clinical requirements into scalable Pega CDH solutions. Provide training and support to ensure effective adoption. Qualifications and Skills Technical Skills Expertise in Pega CDH (decision strategies, NBA frameworks, engagement policies). Knowledge of clinical data systems (EHR, CTMS) and integration technologies (REST APIs, HL7 protocols, FHIR standards). Experience with AI/ML models in healthcare settings. Strong understanding of data privacy regulations (HIPAA, GDPR). Certifications Required: Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant (PCDC). Preferred: Pega Certified Lead System Architect (PCLSA) or certifications in healthcare data management. Soft Skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Experience 5+ years of Pega decisioning roles, with 2+ years in healthcare/clinical data management. Proven track record of delivering Pega CDH solutions in regulated industries.
