We are seeking qualified SAP SuccessFactors Consultants to assist with the implementation of Employee Central, Onboarding, Recruiting, Recruiting Marketing, and Learning modules. Key Responsibilities Implementation: Lead and execute the deployment of specified SuccessFactors modules. Configuration: Customize modules to align with client requirements. Integration: Ensure seamless integration with existing systems (e.g., SAP ERP). Testing: Develop and perform testing to validate functionality and performance. Training: Provide training and support to clients end-users and administrators. Documentation: Create detailed documentation for configurations and processes. Qualifications Experience: Implementing SAP SuccessFactors modules. Proven success with Employee Central, Onboarding, Recruiting, Recruiting Marketing, and Learning. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors architecture and integrations. Proficient in configuring and customizing SuccessFactors modules. Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors Certification preferred. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively.
