Able to negotiate and build consensus within a group. Description: This resource will provide actionable consulting as well as hands-on implementation support to Santander US in the implementation of a new GRC solution in 2025, with possible extension into 2026. The consulting resource will assist with determining an overall GRC solution strategy, as well as use case definition, requirements gathering, system design, configuration, data migrations, integrations, testing, release readiness, and documentation. Must Haves: GRC 5+years experience as a BSA Nice to Haves: - Microsoft Power Apps, Snowflake, SAP GRC, Microsoft SharePoint, possibly ServiceNow IRM - Fluent in Spanish Core Requirements: 5+ years of experience Proven track record in software implementation consulting and in-depth hands-on experience in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle Experience with enterprise-scale Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solution implementations for financial institution Experience with consulting on overall GRC solution strategy, as well as use case definition, requirements gathering, system design, configuration, data migrations, integrations, testing, release readiness, and documentation.
