Position: Tibco Integration Architect Location: Fort Worth, TX (Onsite) Duration: 12+ Months Contract Responsibilities: Extensive experience with TIBCO Business Works (BW), Enterprise Message Service (EMS), and Business Events (BE). Experience with Java coding and Spring Boot. Proficiency in designing and implementing integration solutions and messaging systems. Experience with Apache/Confluent Kafka, including setup, configuration, and management. Experience with OpenShift or other container orchestration platforms. Solid understanding of enterprise integration patterns and best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Experience in leading a technical team and interacting with stakeholders for requirement gathering and Analysis Experience in interacting with offshore team and coordinating delivery Experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with other integration and messaging technologies. Certification in TIBCO, Java, or Kafka technologies.
