Job Title: Workday HCM Technical Lead Integration & Testing Location: (Remote) Client State of North Carolina Job Summary: The Workday HCM Technical Lead will be responsible for leading data conversion, solution integrations from SAP via Boomi to Workday HCM, and end-to-end testing for the State of North Carolinas new HCM Solution implementation. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and hands-on experience in Workday integrations, testing strategies, and ERP implementations. Key Responsibilities: Lead Workday HCM data conversion, integrations, and testing efforts. Partner with the Systems Integrators Technical Lead to oversee technical deliverables. Develop test strategies, test plans, and execute integration and end-to-end testing. Design, build, and oversee integrations, reports, conversions, and workflows. Provide technical guidance on complex Workday implementation challenges. Document solution design, implementation details, and support procedures. Manage and coordinate the states technical team to ensure project alignment. Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience in Workday HCM (cloud-based) implementations. Expertise in data conversion, integrations (SAP, Boomi), and testing methodologies. Strong ERP implementation experience, preferably in government/public sector.
