Role: Oracle HCM Integration( UKG, Dell Boomi, API design) Location: PLEASANTON, CA- onsite Duration: Contract to Hire Mode: Video Job Details: Role Description: We are seeking a skilled Integration Architect/Engineer to lead the design and implementation of integration solutions between UKG and Oracle HCM.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of integration architecture, middleware technologies, and API management, with a focus on optimizing performance and ensuring compliance.Key Responsibilities Overall Integration Architecture: Develop and maintain the high-level architecture for integrating UKG with Oracle HCM, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards. Integration Strategy: Define and implement a comprehensive integration strategy that facilitates seamless data exchange and system interoperability. Integration Governance: Establish governance frameworks to oversee integration processes, ensuring adherence to best practices and organizational policies. Data Compliance Issues: Identify and address data compliance challenges, implementing solutions that adhere to relevant regulations and standards. Service-Level Agreements (SLAs): Create and manage SLAs to define performance expectations and accountability for integration services. UKG API Version Upgrade: Plan and execute the upgrade of UKG APIs, ensuring compatibility and minimal disruption to existing integrations. Middleware Optimization: Optimize Dell Boomi integrations for performance, particularly when managing large volumes of data, to enhance system efficiency and responsiveness. API Management: Oversee API management processes, ensuring secure, efficient, and scalable access to integration endpoints. Error Handling & Recovery: Design robust error handling and recovery mechanisms to minimize downtime and ensure data integrity during integration processes. Data Transformation & Mapping: Develop and implement data transformation and mapping strategies to ensure accurate and efficient data flow between systems. Integration Patterns: Identify and apply integration patterns that best fit the needs of the organization, leveraging industry standards and practices. Security and Compliance: Ensure all integration solutions meet security and compliance requirements, implementing best practices to protect sensitive data.Qualifications Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in integration architecture and engineering, particularly with UKG and Oracle HCM. Strong expertise in Dell Boomi or similar middleware platforms. Familiarity with API design and management, data mapping, and transformation techniques. Familiarity with Scheduling tools like Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS). Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues. Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of data compliance regulations and security best practices.
