This role requires working with the project manager, project team, and the business. The ideal candidate will help to improve the effectiveness of the SailPoint IIQ Access Revalidation (AR) process by performing a review and update of entitlement descriptions to ensure they are written in clear and simple business language. This is an opportunity to work within a fast-paced, performance driven, global security programmer. Summary Understand, interpret, and revise entitlement descriptions. Organize meetings with the business to confirm revised entitlement descriptions. Identify opportunities for standardization and improved processes. Primary Responsibilities Rewrite entitlement descriptions in clear and simple business language. Work closely with stakeholders to update entitlement descriptions. Collaborate regularly and effectively with the project team and the business. Provide work status updates to ensure accurate reporting. Ensure there is a thorough understanding of the requirements and scope. Required Qualifications A clear communicator who possesses excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Experience in agile project delivery with the ability to deliver at pace. Proactive self-starter who can manage multiple projects and tasks at the same time. Good analytical and people skills. Willing to work flexible and extended hours. Experience collaborating with business teams, technical teams, and project team members. Evidence of successful participation in the delivery of complex projects and programmers. Effective collaboration, communication, and strong stakeholder management skills. Able to perform impact analysis and possess strong problem-solving skills. Self-motivated, assertive, detail oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks. Preferred Qualifications Experience with software including Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office 365. Possess a working knowledge of the terminology, functions, and capabilities of common computer systems, software, and communication technologies. Preferred Competencies/Skills Understand the relationships between facts and use this knowledge to solve problems. Analyze business needs, assess outcomes, and interpret results and their implications. Anticipate potential challenges, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
