Title: .NET Architect II with LinkedIn Location: 100% REMOTE Candidate MUST be a WI resident or willing to relocate to WI at their own expense prior to starting the role. This position can work 100% remote (within the state of WI). Duration: 12 Month GC/USC/GC-EAD we can submit Only 1 Profile Feel free to share with me candidates if they meet the following criteria: If they are currently in Wisconsin and have a working history in the state, need: 12+ years Web Development MVC Framework C#/.NET (8yrs minimum) ASP/ASP.NET (3-5yrs) Data Modeling SQL Oracle PostGreSQL Code Reviews User Stories (Author) If they would need to relocate to Wisconsin, I would want to see the above items PLUS: 15+ years (vs 10+ above) Cloud - Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, or Azure Docker SonarQube DB2 BigQuery State Government State Government DWD (or equivalent; any state; we weight this pretty high) z/OS (we weight this pretty high) DETAILS: This position is needed for the development of critical priority modernization projects in the Division of Unemployment Insurance. Candidates will play an integral role in providing technical strategy and contractual oversight on work performed by teams as part of modernization development efforts. Project work will include: Application architecture design and development Development of user stories Quarterly planning strategies Product roadmaps and other key strategic deliverables Selection and review of on-premise and cloud tools and technology Code reviews and work item reviews to ensure they meet the department's technical objectives and comply with required security requirements Hands-on development using a variety of programming languages and tools Successful candidates will have demonstrated success in designing, creating, and maintaining web services, system integration, web development, and Agile Scrum development methodology. REQUIRED SKILLS: 15+ years Web and client-server application development experience, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, implementation, and support (15yrs) MVC framework (15yrs) C# .NET experience (first 5 years ASP/.NET acceptable; 15 years total) Evaluating and recommending programming languages, design tools, and applications Data modeling and database design SQL, Oracle, DB2, PostgreSQL, and BigQuery Code reviews and user story development NICE TO HAVE SKILLS: Experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, or Azure Experience with Docker, SonarQube, and PostgreSQL Previous experience providing services for government agencies, particularly DWD Experience working with z/OS Thanks, and Regards . . . .
