Data Understanding & Validation: Ensure proper data extraction, transformation, and loading, ensuring data integrity and adherence to business and technical requirements. Data Migration: Manage migration of HCM and payroll master and transactional data from Oracle E-Business and PeopleSoft to Oracle Fusion Cloud. Collaboration with Data Owners: Work closely with data owners to validate cleansed data and reconcile HCM and payroll data. Define Migration Requirements: Establish roles and responsibilities for data migration activities and ensure timely execution. Review Documentation: Provide feedback on data management plans, timelines, and conversion reports. Migration Testing: Develop test plans for data extraction, transformation, loading, and validation; conduct unit and integration testing. Cut-Over Plan Execution: Oversee data conversion cut-over plans for successful deployment. Qualifications: Data Migration Expertise: Experience migrating master and transactional data from Oracle E-Business and PeopleSoft to Oracle Fusion Cloud. ETL Tools: Proficiency with automated data conversion and ETL tools for large-scale ERP data migration. Oracle HCM & Payroll: Experience with Oracle HCM and Time & Labor Cloud modules. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with technical leads, business users, and Oracle SMEs. Data Management: Solid background in data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation processes. Education: Required: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a related field. Preferred: Masters Degree (MBA, MIS, HR Management). Certifications: Preferred: Oracle Data Integrator Implementation Specialist, Oracle Cloud Architect, Certified Time and Labor Implementor, Certified Core-HR Implementor. Experience: Required: 10+ years of ERP Data Migration experience, with a focus on Oracle HCM and Payroll Cloud Services. Required: 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Data Migration. Preferred: Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Implementation in an educational (K-12) setting.
