Position: AI/ML Product Owner/Manager Location: San Antonio, TX (Onsite) Need only Locals Duration: 12+ Months Contract Job Description: 10+ years experience in product management, preferably in enterprise software. Strong understanding of ML/AI model development lifecycle and governance. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Superior communication and stakeholder management abilities Experience with model risk management frameworks (SR 11-7 or similar) Experience with model validation processes and documentation Knowledge of data science and machine learning concepts Background in financial services or regulated industries Certification in Agile methodologies (CSM, CSPO) Own the product vision and roadmap for Model Manager, aligning it with enterprise AI/ML strategy Manage the product backlog, including creation, refinement, and prioritization of features Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams Conduct sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with the Agile development team Track and report on product metrics, KPIs, and business outcomes Collaborate with data scientists, model developers, risk managers, and compliance teams to gather requirements Facilitate cross-functional communication between technical and business stakeholders Present product updates and roadmap to senior leadership Build consensus among diverse stakeholder groups on feature priorities and trade-offs Establish and optimize model governance workflows within the platform Oversee the implementation of model documentation and validation processes Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for model risk management Coordinate with enterprise architecture teams for system integration Manage release planning and change management processes Streamlining model development and deployment processes Enhancing model governance and risk management capabilities Improving collaboration between technical and business teams Ensuring regulatory compliance for model management Driving innovation in enterprise AI/ML operations Education: At least a bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required. ---- Thanks & Regards Akilesh Kumar iTech US Inc Email : [email protected] Go Green!
