Job Description For Developer

Certified
Application Developer (current)

Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices

Proven track record from developing and operating ServiceNow (3+ years)

Good knowledge of JavaScript, AJAX, XML, JSON, CSS and HTML

Experience working in agile, scrum or SAFe principles

Working knowledge of ServiceNow components such as Change Management, Service
Catalog, Problem Management, Incident Management, CMDB, Asset Management,
Knowledge Management

Desired:

Knowledge of TM Forum Framework

Knowledge of ITIL

Experience working with CI/CD pipelines

Job Description For ServiceNow System Administrator

ServiceNow
Certified System Administrator (CSA).

Additional certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Implementation
Specialist (CIS) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) are advantageous.

Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, and other relevant scripting
languages.

Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.

Experience with web services, APIs, REST/SOAP.

2-5 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.

Ability to effectively communicate with technical teams, management, and
end-users.

Ability to work well within a team environment.

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules like Incident, Problem, Change,
Service Catalog, and CMDB.

Understanding of ITIL processes and their integration with ServiceNow.

Desired:

Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and resolving issues.

Meticulous approach to ensure accurate configurations and customizations.

Flexibility to adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

Commitment to staying updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best
practices.
