The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with system administration, integration, and automation, with a strong focus on delivering innovative solutions and enhancements. This position will involve leading multiple application support and development tasks, monitoring recurring system issues, and implementing improvements. Key Responsibilities: SAP Basis & HANA DB Administration: Provide subject matter expertise in SAP Basis and SAP HANA DB Administration. Support system administration activities related to S/4 HANA, SAP MES, and ChaRM implementation. AWS Integration & Administration: Utilize your experience with AWS for system administration, configuration, and integration with SAP systems. Provide support for SaaS applications and their integration with SAP environments. Enhancements & Automation: Drive enhancements to improve SAP performance. Implement and monitor automation initiatives for system refresh activities. SAP Fiori Integration: Ensure successful integration and deployment of SAP Fiori applications with SAP systems. Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Proactively monitor and troubleshoot recurring issues, ensuring that SAP systems are running smoothly. Resolve complex issues and escalate as needed. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with stakeholders, participate in design discussions, provide status updates during scrum calls, and collaborate with team members to drive solutions. Documentation & Reporting: Review and approve documentation for system changes, enhancements, and updates. Maintain accurate records of system configurations and changes. Client Engagement: Act as the technical lead for the client, providing guidance and consulting expertise on system improvements and innovation. Must-Have Skills: SAP Basis (3+ years) AWS (3+ years) SAP S/4HANA (3+ years) SAP HANA DB Administration (3+ years) Strong understanding of system administration for SAP MES and ChaRM. Experience with automation tools for system refresh and maintenance activities. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to participate in scrum calls and provide status updates. SAP for Aerospace & Defense industry experience. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Additional Requirements: Must be based in the Seattle region and able to work onsite at the client's location in Bellevue, WA. Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder due to ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) constraints. Willingness to work in the Pacific Time Zone to align with team and client requirements. Comments for Suppliers: Local candidates to Seattle preferred due to onsite requirements. No travel or expenses will be covered by the client.
