This system is crucial for managing financial aid and employment offers to graduate students, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both students and administrators. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud technologies, microservices architecture, and artificial intelligence, along with excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills. NOTES & Required Technical Skills For technical skills, I've listed them in order of importance and focus. I do want to emphasize we are looking for a full stack developer, we need someone who has experience with front-end and back-end and database schema implementation. Required Technical Skills: 3-7 years Node.js NestJS Angular ExtJS Python PHP JavaScript CSS HTML5 Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy cloud-based applications and microservices using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) tools and services. Design and develop integrations, maximizing use of existing APIs. Develop modules for the graduate student system, ensuring its scalability, reliability, and security. Integrate AI and machine learning algorithms to enhance system functionality and automate processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring optimal performance and user experience. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in cloud computing and AI technologies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. 7-10 years of related experience in software development. Proven experience in cloud development, preferably with GCP tools and services. Strong understanding of microservices architecture and design principles. Knowledge of AI and machine learning algorithms and their applications. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Experience with developing and maintaining student information systems. Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
