Handle data mapping, transformation, integrity, and security in integrations. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with healthcare providers, administrators, and IT teams to gather requirements and design scalable solutions. Provide technical guidance to developers, admins, and business teams. Address issues, ensure adoption, and drive innovation. Industry & Technology Updates: Stay updated on Salesforce releases, healthcare technology trends, and improvements in Salesforce Health Cloud. Identify opportunities for enhancements and innovation in healthcare workflows.
