NY MOI: Skype Duration: 12 months Important: - Key skills: Focus on finding data discrepancies, UAT, 75% Manual, 25% Automated, Banking systems data (will be working with risk assessment system/Basel and Salesforce based OneBank), experience building test strategies PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop manual test plans and test cases, as well as automated test scripts to evaluate product quality Conduct functional and regression testing. Coordinate/conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in conjunction with Business Stakeholders. Collaborate with IT, Project Managers, and Business Stakeholders to fully understand requirements and specifications from a testability perspective. Analyze test results and prepare detailed test reports, including documenting issues encountered in the testing. Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, with clear and actionable feedback. Track and manage defects using Jira, ensuring that all issues are properly remediated, and appropriately regression tested prior to production release. Participate in regular project meetings, providing feedback on testing timelines and priorities. Develop automated test suites with Selenium and potentially other automation tools to increase repeatability and efficiency. Remain up to date on testing tools, best practices, and industry trends for continuous improvement. Ensure strict adherence to established QA standards and methodologies throughout the entire development lifecycle. MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS OR EXPERIENCE: BA degree preferred Minimum 5 years experience performing the kinds of Quality Assurance work described above Strong analytical and quantitative skills Strong knowledge of advanced Excel and SQL a plus Experience with Automated Testing and tools such as Selenium, Eclipse, Maven, Jenkins, Java Superior oral & written communication skills Ability to plan, organize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, with limited supervision Strong drive, initiative, and motivation to excel; accuracy and attention to details in work product Experience supporting the implementation of technology systems or change management initiatives Enthusiasm for working in a diverse, multi-cultural environment Keywords: quality analyst business analyst information technology New York Quality Assurance akash.s@tekinspirations.com |
