This role is responsible for assessing system configurations, managing data requests, and supporting daily workflows to enhance the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the team. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure smooth operations related to grant funding, research projects, and other specialized programs within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Oracle Project Configuration and Assessment: -Evaluate the existing Oracle Project configurations, particularly around grants and special programs. -Identify gaps and recommend improvements to optimize project management processes. -Ensure configurations align with organizational objectives and compliance standards related to grants and research studies. Data Requests and Reporting: -Analyze and process data requests related to grants, research studies, and special programs. -Develop custom reports and dashboards to provide stakeholders with insights on project status, funding, and resource allocation. -Ensure accurate and timely delivery of data for decision-making and regulatory requirements. Workflow Support and Optimization: -Assist the team with day-to-day workflows, addressing challenges related to Oracle Project modules. -Provide ongoing support in managing project lifecycles, from initiation to closeout. -Identify and implement improvements to streamline workflows, reduce manual processes, and improve overall project efficiency.
