Role: Sr. Consultant Type: Contract Location: Thousand Oaks, CA - hybrid Duration: Long term contract Years of Experience: 12.00 Years Job Description: Must Have's: Knowledge of pharma domain, Commercial Pharmaceutical data sets (IQVIA LAAD, IQVIA PlanTrak, MMIT, PBM, DDD Sales) Deep understanding of Market Access analytics, Coverage and pricing Analytics & Pull through analysis with a track record of delivering impactful insights, excellent communication As a Functional SME, you will play a pivotal role in driving Value and Access Insights strategies and initiatives. Knowledge of pharma domain, Commercial Pharmaceutical data sets (IQVIA LAAD, IQVIA PlanTrak, MMIT, PBM, DDD Sales) and additionally Value & access / managed markets experience is required. Serve as the primary business contact for client team for one or multiple workstreams. Fully embedded within client team In depth knowledge of client business and processes, work as a conduit for knowledge transfer within client Deep understanding of Market Access analytics, Coverage and pricing Analytics & Pull through analysis with a track record of delivering impactful insights, excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey analytical findings to stakeholders and show strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Responsible for liaising with the offshore team and onsite project manager and delivering as per SLA terms Understand requirement and deliver the same to the offshore team Work on high priority delivery with short turn around demand Lead the development and implementation of value and access analytics strategies to support business objectives. Oversee the creation and maintenance of dashboards and reports using Tableau to provide actionable insights. Provide expert guidance on database management and SQL queries to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions. Drive the analysis of performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality analytical reports to stakeholders. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and provide tailored solutions. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of analytics initiatives and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Train and mentor junior team members on best practices in data analysis and reporting. Facilitate workshops and presentations to communicate analytical findings and recommendations to senior management. Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies to protect sensitive information.
