Roles/Responsibilities (5 8 day to day candidates responsibilities) Author business process documentation (BPD) based on workshops outputs. Author functional specifications for complex device management enhancements around technical master data creation, disconnection, reconnection and install, remove and replace meter. Address review comments from customers on the deliverables. Work with the offshore team and help coordinate authoring of functional specification. Set up test data and test the custom developments. Run ad-hoc workshops needed to design complex end to end business processes involving cross streams such as front office, billing and work management. Work closely with cross stream to resolve complex integration points with other ISU modules. Required Qualifications (5 8 bullet points on must have skills) Minimum 10+ years of ISU experience focusing on device management module Very good understanding of the SAP AMI solution and integration to MDMS leveraging MDUS framework Has worked on at least 2 AMI implementations with understanding of the various business process covering meter to cash lifecycle for an electric utility. Extensive experience in Device Management supporting Technical Master Data, Meter Installation/Removal, Meter Reading/Usage collection, Validation and Estimation processes Good experience working on various complex business scenarios like Net Metering, Distributed Generation, etc. Green field ISU implementation will be an added advantage.
