Please have a look and let me know if you are interested Job Title: UAT Tester with Recent Healthcare experience Location: Remote Duration: Long term contract Rate: $45/hr. on C2C (Max) Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, developers, and project managers to understand system requirements and define test scenarios for UAT. Execute UAT test cases and document results to ensure the solution meets business requirements and functional specifications. Identify, track, and report defects and issues found during testing to the development team for resolution. Assist in developing and maintaining UAT documentation, including test plans, test scripts, and test case designs. Participate in testing healthcare applications, ensuring compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA, HITECH, and other relevant standards. Coordinate with business users to schedule and conduct UAT sessions, providing necessary training and support as required. Review test data, validate system functionality, and ensure integration between systems is seamless. Communicate testing progress, status, and outcomes effectively to project stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any issues or roadblocks that arise during the testing process. Qualifications: Recent experience working as a UAT Tester, preferably in healthcare or related industries. Strong understanding of healthcare applications, electronic health records (EHR), and healthcare data management systems. Familiarity with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, HL7, and other industry standards. Proficient in creating and executing detailed test cases and test scripts. Experience in defect tracking and management using tools like JIRA, Quality Center, or other similar systems. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with a keen focus on accuracy and completeness. Experience working in Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
