MDM Tools like Semarchy / or similar tools related experience should be clearly spelled out in the resume too apart from skill matrix review. Candidate should be able to help troubleshoot issues like duplicate entries using MDM tool. Proposed resource will be evaluated based on the below Skills Matrix. Skill Set: Data Analysis SQL Query writing + Snowflake Master Data Management ETL Tools (e.g., dbt, ADF, Talend) Communication both technical and non-technical Leadership (or self-directed person for less experienced people) + Ability to work in a fast pace env. Financial Industry (Asset/Wealth Mgmt., Alts) + distribution (marketing, sales) Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyse complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decisions. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholders to track key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide data-driven recommendations to improve marketing and distribution strategies. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between the technology team and product teams in marketing and distribution. Facilitate regular meetings to update stakeholders on project status, issues, and changes. Ensure that all stakeholders have a clear understanding of project goals, timelines, and deliverables. Project Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of technology projects. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Qualifications: Candidate Must Have 10-15YRS OF EXPERIENCE Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. Masters degree or relevant certification (e.g., CBAP, PMP) is a plus. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the financial services or asset management industry. Experience working with marketing and distribution teams is highly desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau). Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, JIRA). Familiarity with Data Warehousing and Master Data Management. Familiarity with CRM, marketing, and distribution tools (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot, Seismic, Cvent, On24, Google Analytics) Understanding of technology solutions and their application in marketing and distribution.
