The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in DevOps practices, strong knowledge of Redis for in-memory data structure caching, and hands-on experience in cloud environments. Key Responsibilities: Lead the DevOps team to build and manage scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems. Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and integration. Implement and manage infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation. Lead the management of cloud-based environments, particularly with providers like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Optimize and manage the use of Redis for caching, queuing, and managing in-memory data structures to improve application performance and scalability. Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless and efficient deployment and release processes. Automate cloud provisioning and configuration management, ensuring continuous delivery and automated monitoring. Implement monitoring and logging solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) for system health and performance. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve infrastructure-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime. Ensure security best practices and compliance with industry standards in cloud and infrastructure deployments. Provide technical leadership and guidance to DevOps engineers, mentoring team members on best practices and technologies. Develop and maintain operational documentation for automation, deployments, and processes. Collaborate with stakeholders in other teams (development, QA, etc.) to ensure the efficiency and scalability of the infrastructure. Required Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in DevOps, with at least 3 years in a leadership or lead role.
