Job Description: Lead the migration of TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW), Enterprise Message Service (EMS), and BusinessEvents (BE) applications to Java-based solutions. Design, develop, and maintain Java applications using Spring Boot. Implement and manage Kafka-based messaging and streaming solutions. Deploy and manage applications on OpenShift. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Optimize and troubleshoot migration solutions to ensure high performance and reliability. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Develop and maintain technical documentation for migration solutions. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team. Architect Required Skills: Extensive experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW), Enterprise Message Service (EMS), and BusinessEvents (BE). Experience with Java coding and Spring Boot. Proficiency in designing and implementing integration solutions and messaging systems. Experience with Apache/Confluent Kafka, including setup, configuration, and management. Experience with OpenShift or other container orchestration platforms. Solid understanding of enterprise integration patterns and best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Experience in leading a technical team and Interacting with stakeholders for requirement gathering and Analysis Experience in interacting with offshore team and coordinating deliveryPreferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with other integration and messaging technologies. Certification in TIBCO, Java, or Kafka technologies.
