More specifically not just take requirements from end users but seek to understand what business problem/question they are trying to solve and offer solutioning and guidance with data and visualization of data/metrics Project management experience and communication skills are critically essential for this role, and ability to operate with minimum supervision Maintain a clear line of sight to stakeholder customers requirements/needs Project manage plans and status reporting Dashboard end-user experience with Tableau or similar, with ability to seeing the big picture, and act as lead-in for dashboard mock reviews Experience in data profiling (third party, syndicated, NPP), requirements documentation of business rules, KPI and metrics, Ability to run user acceptance testing for marketing mix (MMIX) and drive effective pull-through of concise output artifacts including but not limited to (summary output PPT, testing issues and resolution, timely escalation and mitigation) Drive pull-through for operational issues and resolution for digital performance analyzer dashboard Role #2: Role: Business Analyst Duration: 12 Months Location: St. Louis, MO (Onsite) Notes: Business Analyst with Chatbot experience. Job description: Document discovery processes, including functional API calls, sequence flow diagrams, and data flow diagrams. Conduct stakeholder analysis to align requirements with business objectives. Analyze use cases and user stories requiring data from CHAT. Evaluate which statuses are necessary from CHAT and their impact on SOT. Assess how status transitions from CHAT to SOT affect consumers. Document impacts on APIs, system flows, and data models. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address integration requirements. Must-Have Qualifications: Strong experience in documentation, including discovery processes, API calls, and flow diagrams. Ability to create and interpret sequence and data flow diagrams. Strong analytical skills for evaluating system requirements and data impacts. Experience with stakeholder analysis to ensure project alignment. Role #3: Role: Business Analyst With Interest Rate Risk Locations: Texas City, TX/ Irving, TX (Hybrid Onsite) Duration: 12+ Months Contract Note: Candidate needs to be in the office 3 Days every week. Job Description: The IT Business Analyst is an intermediate-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical, and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. Develop data dashboards, charts, and visual aids to support decision-making Experience in test strategy, preparation of test scenarios, defects triaging and co-ordination with QA team. Demonstrate superior communication and presentation capabilities, adept at simplifying complex data insights for audiences without a technical background. Lead the definition of problem statements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Providing support during and post implementation phase of various projects Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Qualifications: 6-8 years of relevant experience Must have strong SQL queries skills Exposure to various SDLC methodologies Experience in data analysis with intermediate/advanced skills.
