Proficiency in data analysis, process modelling, and requirements documentation. Strong understanding and experience with test management and solution certification (QMetry, Jira) Familiarity with various software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) Strong experience with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM) and data management solutions. Must Have prior experience with Utility domain on enterprise level. Job Summary: Energy Client will lead and support the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex IT systems and projects that align with the strategic goals of the organization. This role requires extensive interaction with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors. The IT Business Systems Analyst, Principal will serve as a liaison, ensuring that business needs are clearly communicated and met through technology solutions, and will play a critical role in applying a deep understanding of business processes and technology capabilities to drive business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Lead large-scale IT projects from inception through delivery, ensuring they meet scope, budget, timeline, and quality criteria.
