The TPM will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, the technical team, and Azure cloud architects to ensure a smooth, efficient, and timely migration. You will be responsible for working with the Product Owner and defining product vision and requirements, managing backlogs, and working closely with developers to drive the successful transition of an on-prem application to the cloud while ensuring that business objectives and timelines are met.Key Responsibilities Lead Cloud Migration Efforts: Own the roadmap for the migration of on-premises applications to Azure, translating business goals into actionable technical requirements and deliverables. Risk Identification & Mitigation: Identify potential risks and blockers early, propose solutions, and work with teams to develop mitigation strategies to keep migration efforts on track. Testing & Quality Assurance Oversight: Ensure thorough testing and validation of all migrated applications to meet performance, security, and compliance standards. Drive Continuous Improvement: Work with the team to iterate on processes, tools, and workflows, ensuring efficiency and quality throughout the migration effort. Cost Management: Work closely with finance and cloud engineers to track, manage, and optimize cloud costs, ensuring adherence to budget while meeting performance requirements. End-to-End Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the lifecycle of the migration effort, from planning and development to post-migration monitoring and optimization.
