Role: SAP Project Manager with SAP ACTIVATE and ERP experience Role Description: 10+ years (with experience in ERP and SAP implementation) Accountable for the successful delivery of SAP program phases, releases, and components Responsible for overall quality, engagement, and adherence to the schedule and budget for the project Ensure delivery of SAP program in alignment with client PMO delivery methodologies Collaborate with the project manager(s) in the management of overall resource allocation and capacity planning for the SAP program Manage program level status, metrics, issues and risks and oversee overall completion and sign-off on program deliverables Ensure effective program oversight, including engagement, program and project reviews to ensure success and serve as a mentor to project managers Lead and own engagement-planning and program-planning activities Oversee the delivery of multiple SAP projects related to successful engagement or program execution Own the engagement and program plan; Carry responsibility of delivering its major elements including programs business objectives, scope and solution within quality criteria (on time, within budget) Build proactive formal and informal communication/relationship with key stakeholders outside of direct team Work closely with business owners (L1, L2) to ensure impact is coming and identify roadblocks, need for sponsor involvement Execute against program goals to meet overarching transformational objectives, review impact execution status Prepare and provide clear and concise decision making up to the steering committee, top level management and IT leadership Lead and manage SAP governance committees and ensure E2E program reporting and RAID management Coordinate and manage E2E integration activities Adhere to PMO governance standards, communications, and schedules Competencies:Digital : SAP Project Management based on SAP ACTIVATE Experience (Years):10 & Above Country:United States Branch | City | Location:TCS - Chicago(Naperville), IL Athens, IL Ashutosh Mishra | Executive Talent Acquisition linkedin.com/in/ashutosh-mishra-allahabadi Teamware Solutions a division of Quantum Leap Consulting Pvt.
