Skills
(specific programming languages):

Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform
capabilities, functionalities, and modules (Incident, Problem, Virtual
Agent, SPM, CSM)

Business analysis skills: Requirements gathering,
process mapping, data analysis, and documentation

Technical skills: Familiarity with ITIL framework,
Agile/Scrum methodologies, and basic understanding of system architecture

Communication and collaboration skills: Ability to
effectively communicate technical concepts and collaborate across teams

Problem-solving and critical thinking skills: Analyze
complex business issues and propose effective solutions within the
ServiceNow platform

Responsibilities
:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather,
document, and validate business and technical requirements for ServiceNow
solutions

Work closely with Product Managers and stakeholders to
define and prioritize features, enhancements, and systems integrations

Develop and review deliverables including designs, user
stories, and training materials

Perform testing and validation of delivered solutions
to ensure defined requirements and quality standards are met

Assist with generating reports and dashboards to
monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) within ServiceNow

Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow releases and
features to ensure continuous improvement of solutions and offerings

Manage and track the API Requests for the
Incident/Problem Management Products

Analyze existing business processes, identify areas for
improvement, and recommend appropriate solutions within the ServiceNow
platform
