The focus on this project is to migrate from (Legends) UltiPro HCM and move the data over to Workday HCM. They shifted the scope of their needs to only needing an Ulti pro/Workday Data Conversion Lead. They dont need this resource to be supporting any of the HCM implementation functions for new modules or anything of this sort Key Point: 1. Heavy Workday Data Conversion 2. Heavy integrations experience on the Core HR HCM side 3.
