Experienced in understanding IT systems related to pharmaceutical/healthcare companies preferred Has good understanding of Agile project execution processes. Has hands-on experience in using tools like Visio, Jira, Confluence, Balsamic (mockup software) and Service Now. Strong communication skills; verbal, written and presentation. Collaborative, positive, self-motivated, team player. Experienced in working with multiple groups and cross-functional departments. Be able to effectively communicate progress and status of requests to team leadership. Ability to manage assigned project tasks and deliverables to target dates and timelines. Ability to conduct effective team meetings both onsite and virtual. Experienced in managing technology deliverables or documents from requirements through implementation. Increased ability to effectively solve problems when issues are identified. Collaborative, positive, self-motivated, team player. Experienced with MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
