The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP C4E (Hybris) backend development, coupled with excellent functional expertise in SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris). This is an onshore position based in Dallas, TX, where you will play a critical role in implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP Hybris solutions for our clients.Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end SAP Hybris (C4E) solution delivery for clients, including analysis, design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Provide expert functional guidance on SAP Hybris solutions, ensuring the implementation aligns with business requirements and best practices. Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into SAP Hybris solutions. Drive the customization and optimization of SAP C4E (Hybris) backend processes, ensuring they meet business needs. Develop and execute test strategies and plans for SAP C4E (Hybris) backend solutions. Perform system configuration, integration, and troubleshooting for SAP Hybris Commerce Cloud and related modules. Conduct thorough gap analysis to identify areas of improvement within the existing SAP Hybris landscape. Provide leadership and mentoring to junior developers and team members. Assist with the migration of legacy systems to SAP Hybris, ensuring minimal disruption and smooth transition. Monitor and optimize the performance of SAP Hybris solutions post-implementation. Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP Hybris features and updates, recommending improvements based on industry trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of SAP Hybris with other SAP and third-party systems.Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 10 years in SAP C4E (Hybris) backend development and implementation. SAP Hybris Expertise: Strong experience in SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), including backend functionality, integration, and configuration. Functional Knowledge: Solid understanding of SAP Hybris functional processes such as order management, product information management (PIM), and customer experience. Technical Skills: Knowledge of Hybris architecture, data modeling, and backend customization. Experience with Java, Spring Framework, and SAP Commerce Cloud extensions is a must. Problem-solving Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities to address complex issues in the SAP Hybris environment. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to clients and team members. Leadership: Ability to mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring team success. Certifications: SAP Hybris certifications or related certifications are preferred.Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SAP integration tools like SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, or related middleware tools. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and its integration with SAP Hybris.
