The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Archer environment, including solution development, customization, deployment, and troubleshooting. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the platform meets business needs and adheres to industry best practices. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and customize ODAs (On-Demand Applications) and core Archer solutions to address specific business requirements. Perform production deployments by installing and managing Archer packages. Work extensively with Archer core components, including: Access Management: Roles, Groups, and Record Permissions. Forms/Sub-forms, Applications, Questionnaires, Fields, and Layouts. Data-Driven Events, Advanced Workflows, Data Feeds, APIs, Notifications, Calculated Fields, Cross References, Mail Merge, Data Imports, iViews, Dashboards, Reports, and Value Lists. Partner with vendor support for troubleshooting, system upgrades, and maintenance activities. Analyze and propose remediation or alternative solutions to system/process/data impacts, considering upstream and downstream effects. Collaborate with team members to develop Archer-specific solutions and contribute to platform strategy. Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business objectives. Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, share updates, and ensure alignment on deliverables. Adhere to agile best practices for project management and development. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience working with the Archer GRC platform. Demonstrated expertise in developing and customizing ODAs and Archer core solutions. Proficiency in deploying and managing Archer packages in production environments. Strong understanding of system logic, reasoning, and problem-solving capabilities. Experience in communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Hands-on knowledge of Archer APIs is a plus. Familiarity with the Financial Services and Asset Management industries is highly desirable. Skills & Competencies: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify, evaluate, and implement solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. Demonstrates a proactive approach to troubleshooting and system enhancements. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in agile development methodologies. Background in Financial Services or Asset Management industries.
