The role will focus on the technical system design and participate in the deployment of new technologies and implementation and configuration of systems and applications. Serves as a subject matter expert for solutions in Identity and access management and responsible for enterprise level support, standards and best practices for identity access management (IAM) and IAM related services. Our client is looking for someone who is technical/tactical but also able to advise on tenant structures and operations. Communicaiton with different levels of business will be important in this position. Key Responsibilities: SuccessFactors Identity & Access Management support: Support: IAM Specialist will provide technical support on authentication issues (design and development) that facilitate connectivity between SSO, directory, and provisioning tools. Troubleshoot : Troubleshoot, resolve, document the following: Replication errors from IPS to IAS. Adjust JSON source and target structures as needed. Issues related to IAS and People Analytics. Tracking and Monitoring : Set up tracking and monitoring mechanisms to ensure IPS jobs are triggering and working as expected. Migrate: Migration of OData API to SCIM in the Identity Provisioning Service as per recommendation from SAP. Configurate changes in SAP Cloud Identity Services as well putting the new JSON structure in place. Document : Develop and document policies and procedures in the IAM space. SuccessFactors Identity & Access Management strategy: Consultative: Stay current on SuccessFactors IAM industry's industry trends, recommending improvements to enhance and implement efficiency and accuracy in the platform and architecture IAM space. Advisory : Study new developments in SuccessFactors IAM industry's best practices and trends to analyze to advise on strategic roadmap and governance frameworks. Governance : Implement and maintain identity governance and administration (IGA) solutions Configure: Architect and configure the use of groups, user types, and logical relationships in User Management to support current and future provisioning enhancements. Design : Design, configure, and implement potential one time automation activities for provisioning from SuccessFactors to IAS and SAC Must: Extensive experience working with SuccessFactors IAM Excellent communication and ability to be technical and take on tasks but also an advisory Strong troubleshooting and monitoring skills for end-to-end IAM processes. Experience with identity governance and administration (IGA) solutions Experience integrating enterprise identity providers, specifically PING Experience with identity federation protocols, including SAML, OIDC, or OAuth, and implementation and workflows Experience with implementing SAP Cloud Identity Service tenants Plus: Experience working with JSON or similar cloud-based integration platforms. Ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with different groups/teams Proven leadership skills with a take charge mentality Familiarity with other SAP modules and cloud ecosystems (SAP HCM, SAP S/4HANA, Azure). Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central.
