Important Skills Technical CIAM knowledge and experience supporting CIAM work - knowledge with tokens and token exchange (mainly with CIAM API) -JWT (JSon web token a compact secure way to transmit information between 2 parties) - API Authentication and Security experience (JWT is the data structure around authentication security) - FHIR Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (A standard for exchanging EHRs Electronic healthcare records) -language is C#, they are a microsoft house - this is a back-end developer (NOT full stack) Soft Leader and self-starter mentality (this is not a leadership role, but managers were adamant about having someone who will step up to the plate, ask questions and execute, offer experienced and intelligent contributions to the team and projects), NOT an order taker. someone who takes the initiative to step up and ask for work, find where work is needed (with permission of course). Plus: Job Summary: - CIAM went live with Ping Identity (previously forgerock) replacing the PSDB (legacy). The API team is spinning up a 2nd members team to focus on the influx of day-to-day production support tickets coming in from helpdesk (ie. Member registration issues etc.). This candidate will help to identify and fix issues/tickets related to API for CIAM. If not API issue, the tickets will need to be sorted out so that the appropriate department can address the issues. This is meant to be a ramp up/ramp down effort to help fix bugs captured and execute a clean, smooth transition of the CIAM.
