Job Title :Capacity Planning Senior Analyst

Position Overview:

The Capacity Planning Senior Analyst will be responsible for supporting the HR Staffing Adequacy processes to identify labor demand and labor supply gaps within the organization. This role requires close collaboration with the HR Staffing Adequacy team and Enterprise program leaders to understand their plans, requirements, and deliverable timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet regularly with the HR Staffing Adequacy team and Enterprise program leadership to stay aligned on program plans, requirements, and timelines.

Create materials

 to inform program leaders about their organization's current workforce size and makeup.

Build templates

 for capturing workforce resourcing plans, including creating instructional materials to ensure comprehension.

Analyze capacity data

 collected from different organizational teams and create aggregated reports to identify workforce capacity and potential gaps.

Use both capacity and skills data to provide a cohesive analysis of staffing plans and identify workforce deficiencies.

Develop executive-level summaries

 of the analyzed capacity and skills data for delivery to leadership.

Collaborate effectively with senior leadership

, providing clear, concise, and well-organized communication to all relevant stakeholders.

Proactively communicate risks

 and dependencies that could affect deliverable timelines to the HR Staffing Adequacy team.

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree

 and 5 years of experience in workforce planning or workforce analytics, OR

High School Diploma/GED

 and 10 years of experience in workforce planning or workforce analytics.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Strong verbal and written communication skills

.

Preferred Additional Qualifications:

Prior workforce planning or workforce analytics experience

 at a large commercial bank.

Experience with Tableau or Microsoft Power BI dashboard development.
