Role: Salesforce Data cloud Architect Location: Atlanta, GA SFDC Technical Architect: 10+ years of IT industry total experience, with Minimum 7 years specifically in hands-on Salesforce.com architecting/solutioning, and development (coding) in Apex and Visualforce and Lightning, and Experience in Data Modeling specific to Salesforce Must have extensive experience in Data Cloud and have designed/architected a minimum of 3-4 Data Cloud projects Technical Expertise: Proven track record in designing and implementing data architectures within the Salesforce ecosystem. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud (Customer 360) and related technologies (MuleSoft, Marketing Cloud, Tableau, etc.). Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including integration patterns, data modeling, and API frameworks. Hands-on experience with Salesforce data tools like Salesforce Data Loader, Einstein Analytics, and other data management platforms. Data Management: Expertise in data governance, data security, and regulatory compliance. Strong experience with data integration, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and middleware platforms like MuleSoft. Any prior experience with other technologies like Java/.Net is highly preferred Experience in working with client in USA is a Must, and in coordinating between Onsite-Offshore daily Healthcare domain experience is a huge plus. SALESFORCE.COM CERTIFICATIONS Must Have: Developer Certification (Platform Dev 2), and atleast 2 of the Architect-stream Certifications Nice to Have: Advanced Admin (ADM301) or Consultant (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud) Certifications Salesforce Architect certifications such as Salesforce Application Architect or Salesforce System Architect are highly desirable FORCE.COM KNOWLEDGE Very good experience in having architected and implemented Salesforce solutions, from a Development perspective. Customer 360 Solutions: Lead the implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud to enable a single view of customers (Customer 360), ensuring optimal customer insights and analytics for personalized customer engagement. Advanced Analytics & AI: Collaborate with teams to integrate AI-driven analytics and predictive models within Salesforce, leveraging data cloud insights to drive business outcomes. Must be able to engage with Enterprise Architecture teams in discussing Salesforce Data Modeling Strong Problem-solving skills, with ability to get multiple solutions for/approaches to solve a problem/scenario Thorough knowledge of Salesforce Coding best practices, and understanding the limitations of Apex coding Integrate with Force.com Web services including SOAP, WSDL, REST, SSL standards, security models and typical API client architecture. And experience in working with Force.com Bulk API and the Metadata API. Role: Salesforce Consultant Location: Atlanta, GA Salesforce Consultant This requirement is for an SFDC Consultant/Advisor with SFDC Certifications (ADM201 mandatory + Sales Cloud / Service Cloud). This is NOT a simple Business Analyst requirement, but a Salesforce Sales/Service/ Experience Cloud Consultant/Advisor, who can do very good and clear Solution Design in Salesforce Sales/Service/Experience Cloud. 1. As a Sales/Service/Experience Cloud SFDC Consultant, the person should have driven or played an integral role in a minimum of 4-5 different Sales/Service/Experience Cloud Salesforce.com implementations, of not less than 6 months each. 2. Total IT industry experience of at least 8 years, with at least 5 of those in Salesforce.com and Sales/Service/Experience Cloud. Projects experience with specific reference to CRM Roadmap planning and Sales/Service/Experience Cloud / Salesforce / Force.com Implementation / Architectural oversight will be necessary. 3. Should have experience working with SFDC objects, configuration, and administration essentials. 4. Ability to capture requirements from business users - requirements may pertain to implementation of SFDC Service/Sales/Experience Cloud/Chatter or may pertain to development of pure-play Custom-applications on the Force.com platform. 5. Knowledge of Requirements Analysis and Management processes: Very strong hands-on experience and high degree of comfort in preparing Requirement artifacts like BRD, SRS (Functional requirements), Gap analysis documents/Use-cases, and Solution Design documentation. 6. Important! -- Very good Experience in Designing solutions in Sales/Service Cloud /SFDC/Force.com based on a BRD and churning out a Solution Design / Technical Design Document. 7. Also need to be able to build prototype configurations in Sales/Service/Experience Cloud /SFDC/Force.com/CHATTER as part of Design phase. 8. Apex/Visualforce knowledge will be nice to have, but not mandatory, as long as the person has very good experience in doing Solution Design/Technical Design. 9. Knowledge of, and experience in Salesforce.com CODE-level re-engineering / Code optimization will also be good-to-have. Some reasonable hands-on knowledge in Apex/Visualforce/Javascript frameworks/HTML5/Web-Services will be needed. 10. Experience in interacting with Business teams and Users across different geographies, and in running end-to-end Requirements-gathering and Design-brainstorming sessions. 11. Good communication and analytical skills are a Must - the person should be able to grasp user requirements quickly, and also be able to present information to users effectively during design / prototype reviews / JAD sessions. 12. Experience in Onsite-Offshore coordination: Coordinate with Development, Configuration and Testing teams during build and deployment phases of the project. Also, will need to liaison between IT and business teams to help clarify questions and requirements. 13. Late-evening and/or early-morning calls with Offshore development/configuration/testing teams will be part of the Project in the long-run. 14. This is a position for an experienced Consultant, and the person will not only interact with different Business and IT teams on a day-to-day basis, but will also be the key person responsible for winning the confidence of the main Project Sponsor (VP/Executive Director level) as well as the Enterprise Architecture team at the client-site.
