Position:  ServiceNow technical Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead to oversee the development, customization, and integration of ServiceNow applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead a team of developers.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Management: Oversee the administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Custom Application Development: Lead the design, development, and deployment of custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.

Integration: Manage and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and other integration tools.

Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring best practices and high-quality code.

Project Management: Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects, meeting all requirements and specifications.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the ServiceNow platform.

Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.

Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM and CSM.

Experience with ServiceNow integration using REST/SOAP APIs.

Knowledge of database concepts and SQL.

Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, or other relevant certifications.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.

Previous experience in a technical lead role.
