The resource will act as a business analyst for various in-flight projects including Software as a Service solutions, vendor supported systems, and custom web applications. This resource will serve as a liaison between DHHS business partners and development teams, gathering requirements from the business users, facilitating meetings, writing user stories, and developing required project documentation deliverables. Top Skills & Years of Experience: Preference: 5+ years of experience gathering requirements from users: identifying impacted business processes assessing business needs identifying IT solution integration.
