Functional Testing of the Customization, Coordinating with Business during User Acceptance Testing Performing bug fixes & doing enhancements as per customer request Working independently with little guidance and inputs Coordination with Project Manager, Delivery Manager for reporting weekly status Liasoning with the offshore team | Competencies: | C Programming, Unix Scripting and text processing tools | Essential Skills: | Primary Competencies Epicor Turns ERP SCM, Finance & Order Management Must have skills* Person should have experience in Supply Chain and Inventory, Procurement Process P2P, Sales Process O2C etc (Any application such as Oracle / SAP etc) Person should have experience in Finance processes i.e. AP, AR, GL, etc (Any application) Minimum one project implementation & 2-3 support engagements on above mentioned skills. Experience in application support, requirement / process understanding for any changes in the existing processes or new changes, documentation such as User Manuals, FRS, etc. Has interacted with Client directly on field / on site during project | Desirable Skills: | Good to have skills* Person has worked in an application having business basic as its language in a support environment.
