The role focuses on developing and optimizing the Benefits Experience Navigator (BEN), a tool designed to help employees and customers manage their health plan benefits more effectively. ________________________________________ Responsibilities: Develop and optimize the Benefits Experience Navigator (BEN) platform. Design and code web-based and plugin-based applications for event-based orchestration systems. Implement React plugins to integrate with Angular applications. Develop reusable components for enterprise-level applications. Collaborate with backend teams to deliver integrated solutions. Provide input and feedback in team discussions and presentations. ________________________________________ Required Skills: 7+ years of experience in React development. 7+ years of experience in JavaScript development. 7+ years of experience with Redux JavaScript library for managing and centralizing application state. Strong ability to collaborate within a team, including presenting ideas and accepting feedback. Ability to develop reusable, scalable components.
