This position involves working under limited supervision with considerable latitude for initiative and independent judgment. Responsibilities: Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs. Develop business process reengineering strategies and identify opportunities for technology implementation to improve business efficiency. Prepare solution options, risk identification, and financial analyses, including cost-benefit and ROI assessments. Document business processes, requirements, and technical specifications. Identify issues and risks within projects and initiatives. Develop test cases and provide training on new business processes. Communicate business processes and workflow diagrams effectively. Provide technical input on project documentation. Detects and diagnoses application issues and inefficiencies. Mentor and provide consultation to team members.
