Please read the JD Properly Position: System Engineer Location: 1030 Delta Boulevard Atlanta, GA 30354 (hybrid) Local is Highly Consider Duration: 12+ Contract with possible extension/conversion Mode of Interview: Virtual Candidates must have an Updated LinkedIn profile as per the resume with a picture Visa: USC, GC, GCEAD, H1B, L2EAD Prime Vender: Innova Solutions Delta Airlines Ex Airlines experience is Mandatory Candidate Needs to Have: Knowledge of multiple operating systems, system integration, and system architecture. Proficiency in programming languages and experience with field and network environments. Experience with VMware and VDI infrastructure (Teradici tools preferred). Familiarity with ServiceNow modules (Incident, Change, Asset, and Request). Strong networking knowledge. Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 30 pounds regularly. Job Description: Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot OCC VDI infrastructure using VMware and Teradici tools. Support and troubleshoot OCC radio infrastructure, coordinating with ATL Radio, Delta Radio Shop, and vendor Zetron. Install, maintain, test, and troubleshoot operating systems and system software. Configure, install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware systems. Complete assigned work orders efficiently. Implement changes to VDI and physical infrastructure while minimizing business impact, following OCC procedures. Manage and monitor network/local print queues for all printers. Assist the Sr. Systems Engineer in managing the OCC network. Write, submit, and execute RFCs (Requests for Change) as assigned. Coordinate and oversee external vendor services.
