Snowflake Production Support JD: Should have at least 7+ years of experience in IT industry Proficient in writing SQL queries/Stored Procedures and familiar with ETL processes Experience with data modeling and cloud computing environments Should be well-versed in Snowflake's unique features, like its handling of semi-structured data and its approach to data sharing and security. Proven track record of optimization within Snowflake Experience in performance tuning and cost optimization in a cloud data platform At least 3+ years of experience working in production support projects Work actively with team members to analyze and resolve applications issues. Incident Management (Incident resolution, stakeholder communication). Support Business Continuity Planning, Migration, Holiday activities. Automate manual tasks and improve efficiency. Perform root cause analysis of issues/discrepancies by debugging code or analyzing logs. Improve application stability by observing patterns, recurring alerts or issues and provide solution for permanent fix.
